How to Delete a Label in Zendesk Articles
It is very easy to delete a label in Zendesk articles. Here’s a quick guide on how to do it:
- Click the 'Zendesk Products' icon on the top navigation bar.
- Select 'Guide' afterwards.
- Tap 'Guide Admin' at the top-right corner.
- Following that, navigate to the main dashboard and open the specific article you want to edit.
- Tap the 'Placement' panel at the left-side corner to access the article settings.
- Scroll down to the Labels section. Find the label you want to delete and click on the 'X' icon next to it.
- Once done, tap 'Update Settings' to apply the changes.
- After completing these steps, the label will be deleted instantly in the selected Zendesk article.
