1. On the main menu, click Lead Database.
2. On the left-side pane, click Possible Duplicates.
3. Open the Leads tab to view duplicate records.
4. Select the duplicate records by holding Ctrl or Cmd while clicking each one.
5. Click Merge Leads.
6. In the merge window, review the field values and select which values you want to keep.
7. If needed, select Custom and enter your own value for a field.
8. Click Merge to combine the duplicate records.
