Customizing your Jira Service Management (formerly Jira Service Desk) portal can help improve user experience and align the portal with your company’s branding. Here’s how to do it:
- Go to 'Project Settings' of the service desk project you want to customize.
- In the left sidebar, select 'Portal Settings'.
- Under the 'Portal name', you can change the name users see when they access the service desk.
- Under the 'Introduction test', add a brief welcome message or instructions for users visiting the portal.
- Click 'Save' when done.
- Still in the 'Portal Settings', scroll down to the 'Logo' section and click 'Add logo'.
- Select 'Upload a photo'.
- Once you have selected a photo, click 'Upload'.
