Quick summary
Cross-tabulation in SurveyMonkey lets you compare survey responses across different audience segments by filtering results using the Compare by Question and Answer rule. Once configured, SurveyMonkey automatically generates a cross-tabulation table that reveals patterns and differences between respondent groups.
Steps
- Navigate to the survey you want to analyze and click on Analyze Results.
- In the Analyze Results tab, go to the Rule menu.
- Select Compare from the Rule menu options.
- From the dropdown, choose Compare by Question and Answer.
- Click the drop-down arrow to choose a question to compare.
- Select the answers that you want to compare.
- Click Apply to confirm your selections.
- SurveyMonkey will automatically generate a cross-tabulation table based on your selected questions and answers.
