Creating a Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey in SurveyMonkey is straightforward. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

‍

  1. Click on the 'Create Survey' button on the dashboard.
  2. In the 'Design Survey' tab, go to the 'Build' menu and select 'Net Promoter Score' by clicking the 'Add' button.
  3. The default NPS question in SurveyMonkey will look like this.
  4. Once you have added the NPS, click 'Save'.
  5. Click 'Preview survey' to make sure it looks good.
  6. Click 'Continue' to send the survey.
  7. In the 'Collect Response' tab, select the method you want to send your survey.
  8. Click 'Copy' to share your NPS survey.
  9. Go to 'Survey Options' to customize settings such as language, survey end message, and email notifications.
  10. After collecting responses, go to 'Analyze Results' to see the NPS calculation automatically done by SurveyMonkey.
