This demo shows how to create and schedule a Zoom meeting using the web app, from clicking Schedule on the dashboard to copying the auto-generated invite link and sharing it with participants.
Steps
- On Zoom's main dashboard, click the Schedule button.
- Fill in the required meeting details to configure and schedule your Zoom meeting.
- Once all details are entered, tap Save to confirm the meeting.
- The Zoom meeting is now created and scheduled; an invite link and other meeting details are automatically generated.
- Tap the Copy the Link button next to the Invite Link and send it to your participants.
