📌 Why this matters

Creating a structured workflow in Asana helps teams organize tasks, track progress, and collaborate more effectively across projects. Asana's board-based workflow builder lets you define each stage of a process, assign responsibilities, and set deadlines — all in one place. For teams managing complex projects, a clearly defined Asana workflow reduces miscommunication and ensures nothing falls through the cracks. Whether you're managing a product launch, marketing campaign, or operational process, Asana workflows give every team member visibility into what needs to be done and when.
