How to Create a Survey in HubSpot

Here is a step-by-step tutorial to create a survey in HubSpot:

1. Go to Automations > Surveys.
2. Pick email, link, or webpage delivery.
3. Click on Create Survey.
4. Select Custom Survey to start from scratch.
5. Decide how you want to share this survey (Email, Shareable Link, or a Webpage.)
6. Use the drag-and-drop components from the left column to build your questionnaire.
7. Add questions with multiple choice, text, etc.
8. Create a feedback property for results.
9. Cross verify if you have the correct field type (text/ number type) and hit Next.
10. Publish your survey. And, Lastly, copy the link to the survey and use it to collect information.
