Constant Contact's survey builder lets you create, customize, and activate surveys directly from the Marketing Channels panel using a drag-and-drop block editor. You can add custom question blocks, set question types, enter answer choices, and publish your survey in just a few steps.
Steps
- Navigate to the left-side panel and click Marketing Channels.
- Select Surveys from the list of options.
- Click Create a Survey at the top-right corner.
- Drag a block from the left-side panel into the main workspace to begin customizing your survey layout.
- Tap the block you want to edit to select it.
- Use the floating menu bar to apply your desired changes to the selected block.
- Repeat the edit process for each block until all blocks are customized to your preference.
- Double-click a question block to open the question editor.
- Tap the Question input field and type your question text.
- Click the question type drop-down below the question field and select your preferred question format.
- Click each Answer input field and type the potential response choices one by one.
- Click Save to store the question.
- Go to the Question Blocks section, drag additional blocks into the workspace, and repeat the question editing steps to add more questions.
- Click Activate at the top-right corner when your survey is complete.
- Fill out the required fields in the activation dialog, then click Save and Activate to publish.
- Your survey is now created and live in Constant Contact.
