📌 Why this matters

Wrike request forms solve a common project management pain point: unstructured, ad hoc work intake that wastes time and causes miscommunication. By creating a standardized request form, teams can ensure every incoming work request includes the exact details needed to act on it immediately, reducing back-and-forth and accelerating project kick-off. Request forms in Wrike can be published as a shareable link or embedded on an intranet, making it easy for stakeholders across the organization to submit well-structured requests without needing a Wrike account. This feature is especially valuable for marketing, IT, and creative teams that manage high volumes of incoming work and need a scalable, repeatable intake process.
