Quick summary
Creating a report in Jira requires enabling the Reports feature via Project Settings and selecting from built-in report templates. Once generated, reports can be instantly shared with teammates or stakeholders directly from the Jira board.
Steps
- On your scrum board, go to Project Settings in the left sidebar.
- Find and select Features on the left pane.
- Toggle ON the Report feature.
- Go back to your board and click on Reports.
- Choose from the list of available Report Templates.
- Hit the Share button on the top right of the report.
- Add the names of the People or Team you want to share the report with, then hit Share.
