Xero's custom reports feature lets you modify any standard report and save it under a new name for repeated use. In just a few clicks from the Accounting menu, you can tailor financial reports to match your exact business needs.
Steps
- On Xero's main dashboard, head over to the top menu bar and click 'Accounting'.
- Choose 'Reports' from the list of options.
- Find and open the report you wish to use as the basis for your custom report.
- Review the content of the selected report, then make your desired changes to the date range or other settings.
- Once done, navigate to the bottom-right section and click 'Save As'.
- Enter your preferred custom report name into the input field and click 'Save' to proceed.
- Your Xero custom report will be created and saved for future use.
