This tutorial shows how to create and copy a Calendly event link directly from your event editor or homepage. You can also set the scheduling link to expire after the first booking for single-use sharing.
Steps
- From your Calendly homepage, click on your event type to open it for editing.
- Inside the Event editor, click the link icon at the top of the left-hand sidebar.
- A notification pops up confirming the action was successful.
- Alternatively, click the Share button from within the event editor.
- Click the Copy Link option to copy your scheduling URL to the clipboard.
- Optionally, select Let this link expire after the first booking to create a single-use scheduling link.
- From your Calendly homepage, find the event you want to share and click Copy link directly from the event card.
