Steps
- Navigate to the left-side panel and click My Plans.
- Find and select the plan you want to copy.
- Go to the top menu bar and click the drop-down arrow next to the plan name.
- Select Copy Plan from the list of options.
- Enter a unique plan name for the duplicate in the input field.
- Open the drop-down menu and choose the group where you want to copy the plan.
- Tick the checkboxes beside each item you want to include in the copied plan.
- Click Copy to confirm and proceed.
- Your Microsoft Planner plan is now successfully copied to the selected group.
