Converting a Word document to a PDF in PandaDoc is simple. Here’s how you can do it:

  1. On the PandaDoc dashboard, click '+ Create new'.
  2. Click 'Select files'.
  3. Select the file from your computer and click 'Open'.
  4. Click 'Make it editable' so PandaDoc will convert the Word document into an editable format.
  5. Add recipients and enter the email addresses of those who need to sign or review the document.
  6. Edit and customize the document.
  7. Add text, images, or other content as necessary.
  8. Click anywhere to type or paste text.
  9. Click the eye icon to ensure the document looks correct.
  10. Once your document is ready, click the three-dot menu at the top right.
  11. Select 'Download' from the drop-down menu.
  12. Select 'Download as .PDF'.
  13. The file will be saved to your computer as a PDF.
