Steps
- From your Zapier dashboard, select Zap to start building a new automation.
- Click on the Trigger field to begin selecting the event that will start the Zap.
- Select the app where the integration activity originates as your trigger source.
- Choose a specific trigger event from the available options for that app.
- Authenticate the app account with Zapier to grant the necessary access permissions.
- Add your mailbox and click Continue to proceed with the trigger setup.
- Click the Test trigger button to confirm data is being pulled correctly from Gmail.
- Once data has been retrieved, click Continue with selected record to move forward.
- Search for and select HubSpot as the action app for your Zap.
- Select an action event to define what HubSpot should do when the trigger fires.
- Connect your HubSpot account by authenticating it within the Zap editor.
- Map fields from the trigger app to the corresponding fields in HubSpot, then click Continue.
- Click Test step to run a test with sample data and verify the trigger-action workflow runs as expected.
- Click Publish and turn on the Zap to activate the live automation workflow.
