How to Connect Zapier to HubSpot to Log All Integration Activity

Steps

  1. From your Zapier dashboard, select Zap to start building a new automation.
  2. Click on the Trigger field to begin selecting the event that will start the Zap.
  3. Select the app where the integration activity originates as your trigger source.
  4. Choose a specific trigger event from the available options for that app.
  5. Authenticate the app account with Zapier to grant the necessary access permissions.
  6. Add your mailbox and click Continue to proceed with the trigger setup.
  7. Click the Test trigger button to confirm data is being pulled correctly from Gmail.
  8. Once data has been retrieved, click Continue with selected record to move forward.
  9. Search for and select HubSpot as the action app for your Zap.
  10. Select an action event to define what HubSpot should do when the trigger fires.
  11. Connect your HubSpot account by authenticating it within the Zap editor.
  12. Map fields from the trigger app to the corresponding fields in HubSpot, then click Continue.
  13. Click Test step to run a test with sample data and verify the trigger-action workflow runs as expected.
  14. Click Publish and turn on the Zap to activate the live automation workflow.
