Steps
- From your Zapier dashboard, select Zap to start building a new automation.
- Click on the Trigger field to begin selecting your trigger event.
- Search and select Recurly as your trigger app.
- Choose a trigger event from the available Recurly event options.
- Connect your Recurly account to authenticate and authorize access.
- Select the subscription or account type and click Continue to proceed.
- Click Test trigger to verify that Recurly is returning sample data correctly.
- Search and select Google Sheets as the action app.
- Choose an action event that defines what happens in Google Sheets when the trigger fires.
- Connect your Google Sheets account to authorize access.
- Configure the action details — such as spreadsheet and column mapping — then click Continue.
- Click Test step to confirm the action writes data to your sheet successfully.
- Once the test passes, click Publish to activate your Zap and go live.
