Steps
- Click the Create button on the Zapier home screen to start building a new Zap.
- Select Zaps from the menu to access the Zap editor.
- Search for and select Calendly as the trigger app.
- Choose a Calendly event to use as the scheduling trigger.
- Configure your trigger event settings and click Continue.
- Test the trigger to confirm Zapier can detect Calendly event data.
- Set Monday.com as the action app by searching for and selecting it.
- Choose an action event to define what happens in Monday.com when the trigger fires.
- Configure your Monday.com action event settings and click Continue.
- Click Test step to verify that data flows correctly from Calendly to Monday.com.
