This demo walks you through creating a Zapier automation that connects Google Business Profile to Airtable, automatically sending business data into your Airtable base whenever a trigger event fires. By following these steps, you can eliminate manual data entry and keep your Airtable records updated in real time from Google My Business.
Steps
- Head over to the left-side panel and click Create to start building a new Zap.
- Choose Zaps from the list of options in the menu.
- Click the Trigger tab to begin setting up the integration.
- Search for Google Business Profile and select it from the recommended matches as your Trigger app.
- Specify your preferred Trigger Event from the available options.
- Tap Sign In and log into your Google account to authenticate.
- Click Continue to agree to the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
- Fill in all required information to configure the Trigger settings.
- Tap Continue to run your input and test the Trigger.
- Click Continue one more time to proceed to the Action setup.
- Search for Airtable and select it as the Action app.
- Open the drop-down menu and pick the specific Action Event you want to execute.
- Click Sign In and log into your Airtable account to authenticate.
- Select the Airtable workspace you want to connect, then tap Grant Access.
- Fill out the input fields one by one with the required integration details.
- Tap Continue to publish and enable the integration.
- Your Google My Business account is now connected to Airtable and the Zap is live.
