How to Connect Basecamp to Zoom for Meeting Management with Zapier

Steps

1. From your Zapier dashboard, select Zap to start building a new automation.
2. Click on the Trigger field to begin selecting your trigger event.
3. Search and select Basecamp as your trigger app.
4. Choose a trigger event from the available Basecamp options.
5. Connect your Basecamp account to authorize Zapier access.
6. Customize the trigger settings and click Continue to proceed.
7. Click Test trigger to verify that Basecamp data is flowing correctly.
8. Search and select Zoom as the action app.
9. Select Create Meeting as the action event for Zoom.
10. Connect your Zoom account to authorize the integration.
11. Configure the meeting details and click Continue.
12. Click Test step to confirm the Zoom meeting is created successfully.
13. Once the test passes, click Publish to activate your Basecamp–Zoom Zap.
