This tutorial shows you how to connect ActiveCampaign to Google Sheets using a Zapier automation, so that contact data flows automatically from your email marketing tool into a spreadsheet without any manual work. The entire Zap setup takes just a few minutes and requires no coding knowledge.
Steps
- Head over to the left-side panel and click Create.
- Select Zaps from the list of options.
- Tap the Trigger tab to start the integration process.
- Search for ActiveCampaign and choose it from the recommended matches.
- Specify your preferred Trigger Event.
- Tap Sign In to continue connecting your ActiveCampaign account.
- Enter the API credentials of your ActiveCampaign account and click Yes, Continue to ActiveCampaign.
- Provide the required information to set up the Trigger accordingly.
- Tap Continue to proceed.
- Select the record you wish to use and tap Continue With Selected Record.
- Search for Google Sheets and select it as the Action app.
- Click the drop-down menu and pick the Action Event you wish to use.
- Tap Sign In and log into the Google account that stores the spreadsheet you want to connect.
- Tap Allow to accept the terms and grant the necessary access.
- Fill out the input fields with the required integration information.
- Tap Continue to publish and enable the integration.
- Your ActiveCampaign account is now connected to Google Sheets and the Zap is live.
