How to Compress a Video in Clipchamp

In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to compress a video in Clipchamp.

1. Click Import media and select your video.
2. Click Open.
3. Drag your video clip onto the timeline.
4. If needed, you can make edits like trimming or removing portions of your video clip.
5. Click Export on the upper-right corner of your screen when you’re done.
6. Under Quality, choose a lower resolution output.
7. Change file name and click Export.
8. Wait for Clipchamp to finish processing your video.
9. You now have your video in a smaller file size.

Note: Keep in mind that lower resolution gives smaller file size but lesser quality output. Also, this method only works for clips with high bitrate.
