Steps
- Select Bugs from the left sidebar to view all bug tickets in your Customer Service project queue.
- Click on your target Bug ticket and select its status field, then change the status to Mark as Done.
- Provide resolution details such as "Done" or "Won't Do", and set the Linked Issues parameter by specifying the related issue.
- Add a comment by choosing either Respond to customer or Internal comment to document the resolution.
- Confirm the bug status is now displayed as Done, indicating the ticket has been successfully closed.
