from the left sidebar to view

Customer service
.

Bug
and click on it's status. Change the status to
Mark as Done
.
Provide resolution details. Like:
“Done”
or
“won't do,”
etc. Also, provide the
Linked Issues
parameter and specify the linked issue.
Provide Comments (
Respond to customer
or
Internal comment
)
You will see the
Status
as
Done
.
