How to Change the Theme in the Zendesk Chat Widget
It is very easy to change the theme in the Zendesk chat widget. Here’s a quick guide on how to do it:
- On the Admin Center tab, go to the left-side panel and click 'Channels'.
- Select 'Messaging' under Messaging and Social.
- Browse the list of the available Messaging channels and choose the web chat widget you wish to edit.
- Click the 'Style' tab afterwards.
- Scroll down to the Frame section and configure the color settings based on your preference.
- Following that, calibrate the Launcher settings and make your preferred changes.
- Once done, tap 'Save' to proceed.
- After completing these steps, the theme settings in your Zendesk Chat widget will be changed according to your inputs.
