Steps
- Select the shape you want to edit inside the slide canvas of your PowerPoint presentation.
- Go to the top menu bar and click Shape Format.
- Find and select the Shape Fill option from the ribbon.
- Click Gradient to open the gradient fill options.
- Click More Gradients to open the full Format Shape panel.
- In the right-hand panel, select the first Gradient Stop under the Fill section.
- Click the Color menu below the gradient stop selector.
- Pick the new color you want to apply to that gradient stop.
- Click the next gradient stop and repeat the same series of steps to change its color.
- The gradient color of the selected shape will be updated and applied to your presentation.
