Steps
- Select the shape you want to edit inside the slide canvas of your PowerPoint presentation.
- Go to the top menu bar and click Shape Format.
- Click the Format Pane option in the ribbon to open the side panel.
- In the right-hand panel, tap Size & Properties under the Shape Options tab.
- Click Text Box, then adjust the Left, Right, Top, and Bottom margins by entering a specific value or using the spin buttons.
- The shape margins of your selected shape will be updated accordingly.
