It is very easy to change the org chart layout in PowerPoint. Here’s a short guide on how to do it:
- Inside the slide canvas of your PowerPoint presentation, find and select the org chart you want to edit.
- Following that, go to the top menu bar and click 'SmartArt Design'.
- Subsequently, tap the drop-down arrow below the SmartArt Graphic Layout Gallery to view the entire collection.
- Browse the options under Hierarchy, then choose one based on your preference.
- Finally, the layout of the selected org chart in your PowerPoint presentation will be changed accordingly.
