Here's how to do it:
- Go to ChatGPT and enter your email address to log in, then select Continue.
- Click Forgot password to change your password.
- You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your ChatGPT or OpenAI account, then hit Continue.
- Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for an email from OpenAI, then click the Reset your password link.
- Enter a new password and choose a strong password that you can remember and re-enter it.
- Once done, click Reset password. You can log in to your ChatGPT or OpenAI account with your new credentials.
