Pipedrive's email signature feature lets users create, save, and switch between multiple custom signatures directly within the platform's Email sync settings. Once configured, signatures can be selected per email from the Inbox compose window, ensuring consistent and professional outbound communication.
Steps
- Click on the top right profile icon to view account options.
- Navigate to Personal preferences from the dropdown menu.
- Select Email sync from the Personal preferences menu on the left.
- Click the + Add signature button to create a new signature or edit an existing one.
- Enter a name for the signature and fill in the signature details below.
- Click Save to store the new signature.
- View and choose between your saved options under the Signatures section.
- Navigate to your Inbox to use the signature when composing an email.
- Click the + New email button to start composing a new email.
- Locate the Select signature option at the bottom of the compose window and click it.
- Choose a specific signature from the available options for this email.
- Verify your signature and click Send to deliver the email.
