How to Change an Agent’s Name in Zendesk
It is very easy to change an agent's name in Zendesk. Here’s the simplest way to do it:
- On the Admin Center tab, go to the left-side panel and click 'People'.
- Select 'Team Members' under the Team section.
- Browse the list on the main dashboard, then choose the specific agent with the name you wish to edit.
- Tap 'Account' to access the settings.
- Following that, click the 'Name' input field and change the default name.
- Once done, click 'Save' to apply the changes.
- After completing these steps, the name of the selected agent will be updated instantly.
