Quick summary
To cancel Descript, navigate to Account Settings, open the Subscription tab, and downgrade to the Free plan by clicking Complete cancelation. The entire cancellation process takes under two minutes and requires no contacting support.
Steps
- Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen and select Settings.
- In the Account Settings page, navigate to the Subscription tab.
- Click Change plan to view available plan options.
- Under the Free plan, select Downgrade to Free.
- Complete the optional one-question survey if desired, then click Complete cancelation to finish canceling your plan.
