You can bulk delete spam tickets in Zendesk by selecting all unwanted tickets from a Views list and using the Mark As Spam action to remove them instantly. This method lets support agents clean up their queue in seconds without opening each ticket individually.
Steps
- Navigate to the left-side panel, then tap Views to open your ticket views.
- Select all spam tickets from the list you want to remove.
- Click Mark As Spam to apply the spam action to all selected tickets.
- Click Mark As Spam again to confirm your request.
- The selected tickets will be marked as spam and deleted immediately from your queue.
