How to Bulk Delete Spam Tickets in Zendesk
It is very easy to bulk delete spam tickets in Zendesk. Here’s a quick guide on how to do it:
- Navigate to the left-side panel, then tap 'Views'.
- Select all the spam tickets from the list.
- Once done, click 'Mark As Spam'.
- Click 'Mark As Spam' again to confirm your request.
- After completing these steps, the selected tickets will be marked as spam and deleted right away.
