Steps
- Go to your email thread in Gmail and open the options menu.
- Find and select Download Message to save the email as a file.
- Open the Jira ticket you want to attach the email to.
- Click the Attach button inside the Jira ticket.
- Upload your downloaded .eml email file to complete the attachment.
