Quick summary
To allow participants to share their screen in Zoom, hosts must access Advanced Sharing Options during a live meeting and update the Who Can Share setting to All Participants. This setting can be changed in real time without ending the meeting.
Steps
- Start or join a new Zoom meeting to get started.
- In the menu bar, click the Arrow-up icon above the Share Screen button to access sharing settings.
- Select Advanced Sharing Options from the dropdown list.
- Under the Who Can Share section, click the radio button next to All Participants and configure any additional sharing settings as needed.
- Click Close to save your new sharing preferences.
- Your Zoom meeting participants can now share their screens during the session.
