Quick summary
SurveyMonkey's multiple responses setting lets you configure a collector so that individual respondents can submit more than one survey entry. This is controlled at the collector level inside your survey's response settings, making it easy to turn on without rebuilding your survey.
Steps
- Log in to SurveyMonkey and open your desired survey.
- Go to your Summary tab and under Collectors, select the collector you want to configure.
- Scroll down to the response settings section within the collector settings.
- Find the Multiple responses option and turn it ON to allow respondents to submit more than one response.
- Once enabled, respondents can submit multiple entries and a confirmation notification will appear to confirm the change.
