This tutorial shows how to allow unlimited survey responses on SurveyMonkey by enabling the Multiple responses setting within your collector settings. By turning on this option, any number of respondents can complete your survey from the same device without restriction.
Steps
- Navigate to your desired survey and click on it.
- Go to the Collect Responses tab.
- Select a collector from the list.
- Scroll down to your collector settings and click the drop-down arrow for Multiple responses.
- Turn on Multiple responses by clicking 'On, allow survey to be taken more than once from the same device'.
- Your survey is now configured to allow unlimited responses from any device.
