It is very easy to align the boxes in PowerPoint. Here’s a short guide on how to do it in simple steps:

1. Inside the slide canvas of your PowerPoint presentation, find and select the boxes you want to align. To do that, press and hold the 'Shift' key while making the selections.
2. After that, head over to the top-right corner and click 'Shape Format'.
