This guide shows how to integrate Zoom with Calendly through the Integrations & apps settings, so all scheduled meetings automatically generate a Zoom meeting link as the location.
Steps
- On your dashboard, go to 'Integrations & apps'.
- Choose 'Video Conferencing' from the integrations menu.
- Under the 'Video conferencing' section, select 'Zoom'.
- Click 'Connect Zoom' to begin the authorization process.
- Sign in using your email address and password to your Zoom account.
- Alternatively, choose to sign in with Apple, Google, or Facebook.
- If signing in with Google, choose an account from the list.
- Click 'Allow' to grant Calendly access to your Zoom account.
- Zoom is now successfully connected to Calendly.
- Go to your event type and select the event details to update the meeting location.
- Edit the location of your meeting in the event settings.
- Click on the drop-down menu to view location options.
- Select 'Zoom' as the meeting location.
- Click 'Update' to confirm the location change.
- Click 'Save and close' to save all changes.
