In Pipedrive, you can associate multiple contacts with a single deal by adding them as participants rather than primary contacts. This step-by-step walkthrough shows how to open a deal, locate the Participants section, and add one or more contacts directly from the deal view.


Steps

  1. Navigate to the Deals tab in Pipedrive.
  2. Click on the deal you wish to add another contact to.
  3. In the deal's detailed view, locate the Participants section on the left side of the page.
  4. Click the + icon to add a new participant — note that Pipedrive does not allow more than one primary contact, but you can add multiple participants to any deal.
  5. Enter the name of a new contact or an already existing contact in the search field.
  6. If the person does not exist, click the option to add a new person when prompted.
  7. Edit and add any additional information about your contact as needed, then close the window.
  8. Your deal now has multiple contacts associated with it as participants.
