Adding text fields in PandaDoc lets you collect precise, structured input from signers directly inside your documents and templates. This feature streamlines the document completion process by ensuring recipients enter data in the right place before sending.
Steps
- Navigate to the Documents tab on the left-hand panel.
- Open the document or template where you want to add text fields.
- Click the add icon to add a text field.
- Select Text from the drop-down menu.
- Drag and drop the Text field onto the document and type your content in the empty field.
- After placing all necessary fields, click Send.
- Your text fields are now configured, enabling accurate data entry and a smoother document completion process.
