How to Add Subtitles in Clipchamp

In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to manually add subtitles to your video.

1. Open video project.
2. Click the Text tab on the left toolbar.
3. Choose a simple text style.
4. Drag the text style to the preview window.
5. Type the subtitle text in the text editor panel.
6. Drag the text clip to match the part of the video where it should appear.

In the timeline, adjust the length of the text clip to match the dialogue.
