This demo shows how to add someone to a PowerPoint file using the built-in Share feature in Microsoft PowerPoint online. In just a few clicks, you can invite collaborators by email and control whether they can edit or only view the presentation.
Steps
- Click the Share button in the top right corner of your PowerPoint presentation.
- Select Share from the menu that appears.
- Enter the person's email address in the share dialog.
- Click the pen icon to open the permission settings.
- Choose the appropriate permission level: Can edit or Can view.
- Click Send — the person will receive an email with access to your presentation.
