Adding a page title in SurveyMonkey helps organize multi-page surveys by giving each section a clear, visible label that respondents see as they navigate. You can also include an optional page description beneath the title to provide additional context before saving your changes.
Steps
- From the dashboard, select the survey to which you want to add a page title.
- Click the Design Survey tab to access your survey questions and layout editor.
- Click the Page Title field at the top of the survey page to activate it.
- Type your desired title into the text box that appears.
- Optionally, add a Page Description below the title to give respondents additional context.
- Click Save to apply your page title changes to the survey.
- Your survey will now display distinct page titles to respondents as they navigate through each section.
