You can add Microsoft Planner to Outlook by opening a plan, selecting Add Plan to Outlook Calendar from the plan menu, and completing the import steps in Outlook. This integration lets task due dates from your Planner plan appear as calendar events directly inside Outlook.
Steps
- Go to the left-side panel and click My Plans.
- Select and open the plan you want to connect to Outlook.
- Navigate to the top menu bar and click the drop-down arrow next to the plan name.
- Select Add Plan to Outlook Calendar from the dropdown menu.
- Tick the radio button beside Publish, Share With Anyone, then click Add to Outlook.
- Provide the required information and configure the necessary settings in the Outlook calendar form.
- Click Import to confirm and save the changes.
