How to Add Microsoft Planner to Outlook

Steps

  1. Go to the left-side panel and click My Plans.
  2. Select and open the plan you want to connect to Outlook.
  3. Navigate to the top menu bar and click the drop-down arrow next to the plan name.
  4. Select Add Plan to Outlook Calendar from the dropdown menu.
  5. Tick the radio button beside Publish, Share With Anyone, then click Add to Outlook.
  6. Provide the required information and configure the necessary settings in the Outlook calendar form.
  7. Click Import to confirm and save the changes.
