Initial fields in PandaDoc let you collect recipient initials at specific locations within a document or template. By dragging and dropping the Initial field and assigning it to the correct recipient, you can streamline the document completion and signing process.
Steps
- Navigate to the document or template where you want to add initial fields.
- On the right-hand side, click the content panel to expand it.
- Before placing the field, assign it to the appropriate recipient.
- Drag and drop the Initial field from the Fields tab to the desired location in your document.
- Ensure the field is placed where the recipient needs to provide their initials.
- After placing all necessary fields, click Send.
- Your initial fields are now configured, enhancing the document completion process.
