- To add grids and guides to your InDesign project, go to the top menu and click 'Layout.'
- Select 'Create Guides' to start customizing your grid.
- The Create Guides panel will open. Enter the number of columns and rows you want, and check 'Preview' to see the grid applied to your document.
- Once done, click 'OK' to proceed.
- Once your grid is applied, lock it by going to 'View' → 'Grids & Guides' → 'Lock Guides' to prevent accidental edits.
