How to Add CC in Jira Comment
Jira doesn't have a traditional CC field like email, but you can notify specific users by mentioning them directly in a comment. Here's how you can do it:
Go to the issue where you want to add the comment and click on it.
Click on the comment field.
In the comment body, type @ followed by the name of the user you want to notify.
Select the user from the dropdown list that appears.
Click 'Save'.
The mentioned users will receive a notification about the comment, similar to a CC in email.
