Quick summary
Adding a user in Pipedrive takes just a few steps: navigate to Manage users, enter an email address, set permissions, and send an invitation. Once invited, you can track each user's status in real time from the Users dashboard.
Steps
- Click on the top right profile icon to open account settings.
- Under Company overview, click on Manage users.
- Click on the Add user button with the + icon.
- Enter the email address of the user to invite them to Pipedrive.
- Once added, click on Preview to verify the user details.
- Verify the permissions and other details, or click on the user to modify them.
- Make sure you have the correct permissions and features enabled for your user, then close the window.
- Click on the Invite user button to send an invitation for the user to join.
- Track your current users' status through the Invited and Active tabs.
