How to Add a Thank You Page on SurveyMonkey

Steps

  1. Navigate to your desired survey and click the ellipsis icon next to the survey title.
  2. From the drop-down menu, select Edit survey.
  3. In the Design Survey tab, click Build.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of your survey, go to New Page, and click Add to create a new page at the end of your survey.
  5. On the new page, add a Text element.
  6. Write your Thank You message within the text block.
  7. Ensure your previous page or question directs respondents to this final page using Page Logic to redirect users to the Thank You page.
  8. Click Apply to save the logic settings.
  9. Save the settings and click Preview survey to confirm it redirects correctly when respondents complete the survey.
  10. Verify the Thank You page displays as expected to create a professional and effective closing experience for respondents.
