Steps
- On the SendGrid main dashboard, go to the left-side panel and click Marketing.
- Choose Senders from the list of options.
- Find the sender you wish to edit and click its corresponding More Options button.
- Tap Edit to proceed into the sender settings.
- Find and click the Reply To input field, then type the specific email address you want to use.
- Once done, click Save to apply the changes.
- After completing these steps, the reply-to email address will be added and active for that sender.
