Steps

  1. On the SendGrid main dashboard, go to the left-side panel and click Marketing.
  2. Choose Senders from the list of options.
  3. Find the sender you wish to edit and click its corresponding More Options button.
  4. Tap Edit to proceed into the sender settings.
  5. Find and click the Reply To input field, then type the specific email address you want to use.
  6. Once done, click Save to apply the changes.
  7. After completing these steps, the reply-to email address will be added and active for that sender.
